Punctures, blowouts, and curb strikes are your responsibility. Improper loading, hitting potholes, and running over debris all cause tire failure. You pay for replacements.

What ramp and deck damage am I responsible for?

Bent ramps, cracked decking, and broken hinges happen when loading goes wrong. Overloading, dragging vehicles, and improper angle loading damage the frame and ramps. Repair costs fall to you.

What lights and hitch damage am I responsible for?

Broken taillights, bent couplers, and damaged hitch receivers. Backing up too far, hitting objects, and rough coupling cause these failures. You cover the cost to fix or replace.

When should I report damage?

Report accidents and damage right away. Call or email us the moment something goes wrong. We need to know before you return the trailer.

Can I repair damage myself?

Don't fix anything yourself without our approval first. Unauthorized repairs void your rental agreement and create liability issues. Call us before you touch a wrench.

What are the cleanliness requirements?

Return the trailer clean and free of debris. Sweep out dirt, mud, and loose material before you bring it back. Excessive grime or trash left inside costs you a cleaning fee.

Potholes, curbs, road debris and uneven loading are the usual causes. If a tire is damaged during your rental, the repair or replacement is charged to you, unless you added the $24.99 protection package at checkout. Tire damage is included in it.

Overloading, dragging a vehicle on, or loading at a bad angle can bend ramps and crack decking. If it happens during your rental, the repair is charged to you.

Backing into things and rough coupling are the usual causes. Damage from your rental is charged at the cost to fix or replace it.

Inspection

We check every trailer before and after your rental

Your pickup photos record the trailer's condition before you leave, and your return photos record it when you bring it back. We compare the two, so damage that was already there is never charged to you. New damage found after your rental is your responsibility.

Payment

If damage happens during your rental from misuse, negligence or an accident, the repair or replacement cost is charged to the renter.
