CANCELLATION & Refund Policy

At On The Go Trailer Rentals, we want renting a trailer to be simple and stress-free. Please review our cancellation and refund policy so you know what to expect.

Canceling Your Reservation

You can cancel your reservation according to the following rules:

Within 24 hours of booking*: 100% refund

*Same-day or next-day rentals are excluded from the 24-hour free cancellation.

More than 48 hours before rental start: 50% refund

Within 48 hours of rental start (including same-day/next-day rentals): Non-refundable

Company Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a reservation due to maintenance, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:

You will receive a full refund, or

You may choose to reschedule your rental at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Bank or processing fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Refunds are not provided for early returns.

No-Shows

If you do not pick up your trailer without notifying us, it is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

Changing Your Reservation

If you need to change your rental date, time, or trailer type, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Changes are subject to trailer availability and may include additional charges.
